Good Morning, I would love to tell you about what changed my like over the weekend! On Saturday May 16th, MY youth group was split into groups for training for our mission trip! My group went to the Childrens Shelter and from there we alll went to foster family fun day at Barnett Park!! I met a little boy there named Jonathan and he was upset because his sister left who he only get's to see once a year and so i pulled out the bible and a wordless book where the pages are colors and each color stands for Jesus and how to love him! WEll i Told Jonathan about God and what he did and Who he is and What he does and he asked me to pray with him so he could have Jesus in his heart! So I did and he is now a Christian Who loves God and know's he's alwyas there for him when he's feeling sad about his siser leaving!! I love how God Works in peoples lives and how he helps other people through people!!

Happy Mother's day everyone! I would like to take a second and recognize my mom Missy! She's the best mom in the whole entire world! She puts up with stuff she shouldnt have to! just us two alone shopping or something is great we laugh and sing and just have fun! CHOCOLATE - GLAZED TRIPLE LAYER CHEESE CAKE!!!! YUMMMMM

This is my favorite kind of cake if your wondering EVER :)

1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
3/4 c. sugar, divided
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened & divided
3 eggs, divided
1 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 1/3 c. sour cream, divided
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans
5 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Chocolate Glaze
Chocolate leaves, optional

Combine cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in medium bowl; blend well. Press into the bottom and 2 inches up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.
Combine 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar; beat until fluffy. Add 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Stir in melted chocolate and 1/3 cup sour cream. Spoon over chocolate crust.

Combine remaining 8 ounce package cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, beat until fluffy. Add 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. Stir in pecans, spoon over chocolate layer.

Combine 5 ounce cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beat until fluffy. Add remaining egg; blend well. Stir in remaining 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract. Spoon gently over praline layer.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheese cake in oven for 30 minutes. Open door of oven and leave cheese cake in oven another 30 minutes. Cool. Chill 8 hours. Remove from pan. Spread warm chocolate glaze over cheese cake. Garnish with chocolate leaves, if desired. Yield 10-12 servings.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

6 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, cook until melted. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth. Spread over cake while glaze is warm. Yield: Enough for one 9 inch cheesecake.

CHOCOLATE LEAVES:

Select fresh mint or rose leaves. Brush a heavy coat of melted chocolate (white or dark) onto the back or ribbed side of each leaf. Chill. Paint another coat of chocolate over first coat, chill again. Once chocolate is firm, gently and quickly pull the leaves away.

Im grounded haha!! Yep im a teenager that's what happens lol!! i got grounded for a week and got my phone taken away till friday :)!!! I got grounded cause my mom told me i had a bad teenage attitude lol!! and i probably did lol im a teeanger that's what we do :)!!! well i'll be free friday after school !!! YAY lol i got grounded last friday lol i forgot to mention that earlier!!! WEll ByE!!

My right foot!

On Tuesday, January 6, 2009, i was at volleyball practice. It was a normal practice we were playing a game, and on the first serve i was going to block, and i fell and twisted my foot. Well like any person would do, i called my mom and told her what happened. The day after i went to school on crutches, just thinking it was a sprain. Well that day i got out of school early tp go tot he doctor, and found out i broke my foot, My 5th meditarsal to be exact! I will be in either a plaster cast or a platic cast for atleast 6 to 8 weeks. Right now im in a shoe boot! :-D You may pray for me that i may heal fast!

This week, as you know was New Years! well, this week i was at my meme's house, we had so much fun and had some great FOOD!! Well i always love coming to my meme's house not only to see my grandparents but also to see my best friend rachel, we never get to see each other because i live in south carolina and she lives in georgia! i always love to come see her! Rachel is 15 and has a brother named Ryan, her parents are real cool well not to her but to me! rachel is the bestest friend ever and i would never ask for another friend! I Hope every one Has a great 2009 and all your new year resolution come true!!!

Yesterday was halloween and i was a nerd i will put on a picture later.I had so much fun ( being 6"1 13 yr old trick or treating haha)I spent the night with a friend and i got sick haha cause im allergic to cats and they had 2 which one was in her room all night long!! other then the cat i had a blast! :-)

YAYYYYYYYYYYYY Yesterday, october 23 was my birthday. Im 13 years old now a teenager. I had a great day yesterday i went to school( the boring part ) had 2 tests( ugh) then came home. later that night we went to the fall festival a roebuck elementry and i won 3 cokes and a cake ( in the cake walk haha)after that we went to O'charlies( they have my favorite bread!!!) we then came home, Had someof my cake well just i did, And i watched hsm2( highschool musical 2). WEll Today im Goin tosee hsm 3 yaya!!!!!!!!!!!

Friday october 17th right after school my friends came over to my nana's house and they spent the night. We went to the clock for dinner and got a movie. The movie we got was prom night it was so so so so so so scary!!!!!! We all wore our costumes for halloween and had cake ( which went out of control when we went out side and karson threw it in my face and we started a cake fight). This was a FUN day.I'll never forget mary rose gave me $20.00 and karson gave me 4 tickets to the tour of gymnastics superstars with shawn johson and nastia luiken there with there usa olympic team. The mens team was there to. I had a fun party!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was my last full practice of volleyball. Tomorrow is my last game. Then thursday and saturday i have the peachtree comfrence at GABLE. Everyone come. Oh and yesterday we won our game against fairforest and lost the 1st game against dawkins won the 2nd lost the 3rd boo hoo. We will get them at the comfrence

Fall/ Halloween

I love fall. It's my favorite season of all. It's not too hot and not too cold.It's also my birthday season and i love the colors, the leaves,what you get to wear,the scarecrows, and of course my favorite of all HALLOWEEN. So you can tell what my favortite holiday is. Why, well for one thing you get to dress up and go trick or treating ( yes i still do because of candy yumm)and the parties with all the decorations and all unique costumes and everything. Halloween is something I can't live without. This is why I love this time of year so much!!!

Volleyball.. it's my sport. Bump set spike. The goal of winning every game. serving it over. getting points for your team. Volleyball. It's not just my game it's part of my life.

Monday...... just any normal day but the most exciting thing about it....... it's my most competative,hard,scary,fun,and best game of volleyball i will ever play in. On this day i will play fairforest and my schools worst enemy, the best school ever at sport dawkins. They are the best team of all at basically all sports, we have never won against them but this year is diffrent we are better and we'll win!!!!!!!!!!!
